Ok... so Saturday... Pilipino food and BBQ what more can you ask for?! :-D My bro soaked some good BBQ... so try this... shorts ribs with oyster sauce and seaseme oil... go easy on the oil because it is rather strong, if you can let it soak over night, if not an hour or two will be fine. It is so simple, do not add any salt because oyster sauce has a lot of that lately. We also had Kare-Kare a PB based stew with oxtails and vegetables, pancit palabok, BBQ chicken, BBQ tilapia, my mom's layer layer... basically layers of jell-o some with half and half some just plain jello, and cake. It was my dad's birthday, hence the cake. I've just been eating leftovers for the past couple of days.
Not much to say today... I'm working 6 days this week.... :-/
