1)Chef's Bruschetta- 1. tomatoes, shallots, garlic, parsley, balsamic, olive oil, 2. goat cheese and stone fruit chutney
2) Stuffed Dates gorgonzola blue cheese, wrapped in
prociutto
Entrees
1) Grilled Calamari Tomato Heriloom/Corn Salad
2) Scallops with tomato sauce risotto with crispy chorizo
3) White Fish topped with a lemon/leek butter and a Citrus/arugula Salad
4) Stuff Pork Tenderloin with an apple slaw
5) Poached Nectarines with creme fraiche and candied lemon zest
I have been wanting to do a pork dish and it just hit me. Stuffed pork! :-D and the apple slaw literally hit me like 1 minute ago! Yes!
I wanted a light dessert since we are doing we have 4 courses before it. So I decided on the poached nectarines and instead of ice cream a scoop of creme fraiche will counter the sweetness of it all.
Now the challenge is to make it all.
