So I had dinner with the BFF and two of the old roomies from UCLA/Midvale, Mikey and Mary at Versailles Cuban Restaurant in the culver city location. It was my 2nd time there and I got #7A which was chicken breast, topped with onions and a garlic butter sauce. The chicken was flattened so it would cook faster but it was a little dry and overcooked. The flavors worked though, I squeezed a little bit of lemon and taptio on top and it was even more awesome. The #6 is there famous garlic chicken! That is also awesome and full of flavor. These platters come with fried plantains, defintely one of my favorites. Go there with some friends, grab some drinks, eat good food, and have some good conversations! This place can get busy and pretty noisy but it still is a great place just to hang out with some friends and enjoy each other's company.
