I Miss...

I miss Culinary School, I at least miss it most when it was Kitchen Academy. There was light in my eyes when I was there. Sometimes the light is there... I just have to search for it sometimes when I am at work. But right now I think I must shut my eyes in order to function and do some service tomorrow. Plus do some pastry prep work, I think there is a small tasting menu tomorrow. I kind of wish I was working the Macy's Passport thing, it sounds like fun! :-p
