So this is has nothing to do with culinary stuff... but... I have to blog it... :-D
GO LAKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just so you all know I am a huge sports fan... namely the LAKERS and the CHARGERS! :-D But I'm super happy that they won! I really couldn't be more proud or happy for them! Kobe and D.Fisher's 4th Championship! PJ's 10th! and everyone else's 1st time being NBA Champs! Super sad I couldn't go the parade, because of work and because I am sick. :-( I already in high hopes of a repeat :-D ... now its just a matter of whos going to get traded... :-(
So... I feel like its gone... my creativity for coming with dishes is gone. I have been wanting to use it for so long, but working routinely does not allow me to use it much at all. So I have this 4 course dinner to finalize for next Saturday for some friends. I have not done so. Where has it gone?! Help! Someone help. I will blog more later!
