Alright, I will not switch the pictures on the last blog because Fran is right. I mean those last two pictures are every man's dream come true ! :-D Oh and just a note, I find this a lot in chefs, is that we usually do not eat our food. We really do like to cook for other people. At least for me it is pretty much true. I enjoyed cooking and was happy that everyone enjoyed the food but I did not really eat it. I always like to go out to eat and eat with other people and have fellow chefs cook for me.
So we had a special today at work that Marco made. It was completely awesome. It was a crab ravioli, with a berre blanc sauce and shaved truffles. It was so comforting and flavorful and very well balance. Yum! I am drooling just thinking about it. I was super close to going to Michael's for dinner tonight just for that special. :-p
Wednesday is when we find out hopefull for sure who is staying and who is going in basketball. Oh and there is a possibility that Yao Ming is done because of his injury! Shaq joined LBJ on the Cavs and it does not scare me one bit! The Lakers are gonna go for the back to back championship! We shall see how it all goes!
